Well, fantasy, hmmm....

Off the top of my head, I'd rate Rise of the Guardians as my favourite fantasy film. It's easily my second-favourite film ever

Lord of the Rings, Clash of the Titans (preferably the original and Wrath of the Titans), Excalibur, Conan the Barbarian (original), Chronicles of Narnia, Harry Potter, Pan's Labyrinth.

Fantasy is a weird genre for me. I don't watch a lot of fantasy movies outside the big ones, but I have read hundreds of fantasy books. My favorite fantasy book would easily be the Percy Jackson/Heroes of Olympus series.
