There are collectors who build entire buildings for their collections. Car collectors are the most guilty. They fill barns, garages, lots, and rental facilities with their collection. Ive seen a few sports nuts too that have collections so large that they have no room for their kids. A collector isnt very different from a hoarder to an average person. Personally I get crap from all my friends when they see my shelves full of Transformers. "Its a kids toy" they say. I always smile and ask them when the last time a kid spent 380 dollars on a mere "toy". I also make it a point to illustrate that I KNOW exactly where my money is going. Most people just drink it away on the weekends. Screw what those scrubs think!

well in car collectors defense, they can buy a car for dirt cheap fix it up and display or maybe re-sell for a "rarer" car, they can make a living off of their hobby, also car collectors are usually rich.

They should have named it after Hoarders instead of Intervention, for added stigma effect.

The name's good. Intervention for this addiction.

I hope the peeps on the show mention fandom websites and how crazy it gets there.

I do believe SeanxLong is going to be in an episode. I've seen his house and it's quite full of toys.

I just hope this doesn't end up just being another version of "My Crazy Obsession".
