The more I hear about this show the less I'm worried about them portraying all collectors in a negative light. It seems to be focused on only the most extreme cases. That's the vibe I got after reading the blurb on Toyark.com's front page.

"...an almost uninhabitable house filled with Transformers."

I think most viewers will be smart enough to figure out this guy doesn't represent all TF collectors.

Man this show is gonna make my collecting habits look bad. Though I have thought about trimming the collection down a bit mostly because of room and the new toys comming.

Who's to say he's not among us? I've been called a toy hoarder a few times on this site, but I can walk through my house though.

There is an upside to this show for the rest who collect toys. Seeing how those hoarders/collectors are made to pare down their collections....the rest of us can reap the benefits by releaving them of their massive hoard/collections.....maybe for a substancial reduction in price. ;-) LOL All I say is quit whinning and enjoy your hoard/collection and enjoy the show.

Maybe signing up for that Reality show in New Jersey wasn't such a hot idea after all...

I wish shows like this celebrated the collector instead of criticizing the collector. I guess because showing things in a positive light doesn't make for good television which I think is sad.

Tonight is the first episode of the show and then the 3rd episode, August 28th will feature me so you guys will finally see my massive G1 MISB collection I've been keeping in storage the last 12 years. Hope they don't make me look too crazy...although they refer to my place as "almost uninhabitable." Hope it's good publicity for my projects ToyHell.com and TransformMeMovie.com
