Very awesome news. I hope Ant-Man and Wasp will be in Avengers 2.

 

With the Wasp, I imagine they might do something similar to Jim Rhodes in Iron Man, in which Janet is just Janet in the first film, but then she becomes Wasp in either Ant-Man 2 or The Avengers 2.

Anyway, it's good to hear that Ant-Man is finally getting made after all these years. It's just a shame that Edgar Wright wants to do another film first so we'll have to wait at least a year longer for it.

Wright wanted the Ant-Man film to be a generational story. Hank Pym would be the first Ant-Man set in the 1960s, with Scott Lang as the second Ant-Man in the modern day.

I'm not sure how Janet's gonna fit in, I mean she can either be with hank back in the 60's but that would mean she's old and unable to be a super heroine now (or she could be dead), or we can have her regular age now but not with Henry. either way you're screwed

I wonder if they'll perhaps try to tie the First Class X-Men in to the story? Maybe Howard Stark appears as well. So who play Howard if he appears the Old Version from Iron Man 2 or the young one from Captain America?

 

I too want to see Ant-Man, Wasp, maybe even set up Ultron as a future baddie in the movies. I really hope the special effects turn out well.

 

Is that Ant-Man in front? He looks like the Cobra Commander figure from the Pursuit of Cobra toyline.

 

I hope this means we see good Ant-Man and Giant Man comic series toys in the 4" scale.
