Best voice/actor for the Joker?

I'm terribly sorry, I mean I dig some of the other portrayors of The Joker, but to me there can be only one. And that one is the one who truly manages to capture the best maniacal, insane, laugh ever.Seriously, The Joker needs to laugh and his laugh needs to make you cringe as you try to immitate it.

Mark Hamill is the man that makes you laugh and cringe every time you hear him laugh as The Joker.

There is no contest, Mark Hamill was, is and will forever be the best interpretation of The Joker. End of discussion.

I'd have to say Heith Ledger is a close second though when it comes to live action interpretations.

On top of that, though I haven't seen the movie in a long time, I have to admit that Jack plays the character a lot different from what you'd expect of him. Not to mention wasn't he playing Jack Napier/The Joker... Jack playing a guy named Jack, kind of really doesn't work out very well does it?

The film is an interesting piece of Bat Movie History, but Jack's portrayal after spending so many years with Hamill as the voice just falls flat.
