Bunheads (2012 TV Series)

Saw this for the 1st time last night & was pleasantly surprised. If you were a fan of Gilmore Girls (also a product of Amy Sherman) then you'll probably like this, even if you're like me & kinda don't give a shit about ballet hah.

Anyone else checked it out?

I've been enjoying it. I was a big fan of Gilmore Girls (at least until Amy Sherman-Palladino left) and this does a great job of recapturing a lot of what made that show fun.

Oh totally, and from what I've seen anyway, it goes a great job of looking at the humour in serious situations without needing to take away from it. Very few shows have been able to do this as well as Gilmore Girls did, so I'm hoping its not a flop.

Also, lol@ the Butthead stuff.

I only watched Gilmore Girls because of Lauren Graham. If she was in this, I'd give it a shot.

I watched the first 2 episodes...figured the guy wasn't going to last that long, so no surprise there.

They need to have them get it together so they can move forward.

It's not a Gilmore Girls for sure....Lauren Graham made that series enjoyable with her quick delivery and wit. I've seen her on Craig Ferguson and she's that way in RL too.
