Dreamworks "Dragons: The Series" Soon on CN

For all those who enjoyed How To Train Your Dragon (like me), here's the official promo released by Cartoon Network. I just hope it'll show on CN-PH.

Hmmm, this might be a tough one to work with.

The heart of the first movie was the bond Hiccup and Toothless had, and you wanted to watch them build their friendship and have it tested.

But a whole TV show? I'm worried it'll turn out to be a "Dragon of the Week" kinda thing.

But I hold no negativity until I see the animation and cast for the series. So here's hoping

Looks intresting.

I kind of expected Nickolodean to do this series due to Dreamworks being with Paramount but this is still good.

That is if CN doens't cancel it after a few episodes...

Ugh.

I hope this series doesn't butcher my taste to the movie.

Please, please don't fuck this over. My main worry is they'll diminish Astrid's character a bit, she copped a bit of decay in the two specials. Nothing massive, but its a worrying trend that I fear may get worse as the series goes forwards.

Then again, its a cartoon about Vikings that ride Dragons, so I'm on board. Plus it might mean I get to see toys, cos when the movie was out I either missed them or they just didn't make it to Australian stores. One decent model of each Dragon please.

it looks ok.

it's just a shame that they couldn't get Craig Ferguson to do his part, hell, just five lines an episode, would of been enough for me.

i am sure he'd do it too

So is there still going to be a sequel movie. How To Train Your Dragon is one of my favorite animated movies and I would rank it better than a few Pixar movies.
