Actor in town for Alamo City Comic Con arrested for assault - San Antonio Express-News Rage brought on by residual Mirakuru?
Ok so here are my full thoughts on the premiere. I liked it, and it made for a solid premiere episode. It definitely feels like a different show, but it's still recognizable as Arrow. I'm glad to see it move into more comic book territory. I'm not going to say Arrow is back to its usual quality just yet though because season 3 had a great premiere too, and it just kinda steadily declined with a few peaks in the middle of the season. I'm curious to how they handle the Lance twist and who is in that friggin' gravestone. It looks like Zoom will be a major player in both shows. If I had to go out on a limb, I'm betting on Diggle dying since his friendship with Oliver seems like it will be a major plot point this season. I'm thinking he'll make a sacrifice to save Oliver over avenging his brother or something. One of my issues with tonight's episode is a strange one for this show, but I thought the action scenes were poorly constructed. There were several times where they all should have been shot without any kind of justification other than plot armor. The fight scenes seemed to have inferior choreography compared to the last few seasons too.
... Spoiler It could be Diggle but then where is Lyla at if that is his grave. It also could be Felicity Smoak or Thea Queen.
I'd like to say I enjoyed it, but I really can't. I don't know if they bit off more they can chew, or if the attempt at forced drama is just getting tiresome at this point, or what. Perhaps had they done either the Spoiler Lance is working for Dark or someone is going to die it wouldn't feel so overly loaded. I'm glad he's going by Green Arrow. I'm not sure I like the idea that "Arrow" is dead storyline. But hey, they've got a whole season so I'm hardly abandoning the show.
Well that was a promising premier. I thought it was already better than Season 3 in its entirety, so I hope they keep the momentum up. The Green Arrow announcement rocked, but the six months later bit just came out of nowhere. I don't see the point for it other than to say, "Hey, someone is going to die in March that we will need Barry to go back in time to save."
Star City, Green Arrow, it took a while to get there but I'm glad they have gone full comic book goodness. Ha ha, hard to believe they were that scared of "Green" until now.
Yeah, kinda wish they had left off the graveyard scene completely, we're glad FTM that Arrow and Co. are somewhat back on track, but I kept asking where was Grant/Flash since they showed his name as a guest star and then that's when he shows up? I think I stated a long time ago it will probably be Spoiler Felicity because until this series I don't think she existed did she? But then again, I also added Spoiler Thea/Speedy to the list as well...didn't think it would be Spoiler Diggle, but that's an option too guess we'll find out for sure during the season finale. Spoiler Wonder if Felicity ever gets that ring??? Awww. Jordan's jacket. Neal is awesome no matter what character he plays, but kinda sad he's going full force bad guy, liked him as a Commando better. And Spoiler Lance!!! ... do not want to think he went to the dark side.
Has anyone been able to read the writing towards the end, I looked up a bunch of different writing systems but I am no expert and my library dose not have a comprehensive linguistic section. I hope that he is praying to Trigon although the phantom titans show might frack it up but I cant think of any other fake supernatural beings (Aries would be a nice link to the Amazons)
