I know I'm a bit late, but I finally finished the last of the episodes...

It's a shame this couldn't continue, because it was getting a lot better. We were finally seeing more of the better-known villains, and Batman's Outsiders (of sorts) finally came together by the last episode.

Oh well. Next time around, they better not hold back the iconic villains.

I honestly don't even care. That's not what killed the show, CN's policies did.

Brave and the Bold also held back the overused villains and it did fine. I liked this show's approach at saving them up for big appearances, and even then, not exactly choosing the most iconic ones. They actually made Killer Croc look like a huge threat!

I don't think it would've changed much in season two. I could see Two-Face, Penguin, and one or two more famous villains, but the rest would either be the villains from season one returning or more obscure villains. I would've liked to see Ratcatcher, KGBeast, Maxie Zeus, and the Court of Owls.

Sorry, I should have been clearer -- next time around, I hope we see a Batman show with more iconic villains in the first season, since CN's policies will kill the show before the second season...

To get away from the pessimism, for a second, I do hope the recent leadership change at CN will make things better, but it's already too late for Beware.

I do hope so, but it will take time. Miller's only been in for a few months and people are already blaming her for BtB getting sold off for tax breaks, when that could've been done months ago.
