I approve most heartily of everything this film is setting out to be. A grand sword and sandle epic that combines the adventurous attitude and never say die kind of hero from yesteryear and the modern special effects technoogy to bring it all the glorious life.

Looks fine to me, I look forward with great anticipation. TBH, its one of the few films that would benefit from a remake or retelling.

I agree it just that i get a sub conscious flinch when i think about anyone redo what Ray Harryhausen did so excellently, at any rate i hope they do no't screw it up like the The day the earth stood still

I wonder if they're going to keep Harryhausen's Medusa design. I don't think they've shown more than her head, yet. He's always admitted to stealing the half snake design from Indian mythology.
