I'm waiting for the dub, whenever that comes.

Yeah, it had gotten formulaic and somewhat stale. But the characters still amuse me, so it'll make a pleasant diversion, at least.

I've watched the first 4 episodes so far and am quite liking it. There's a huge change in the pacing due to the lack of filler...oddly enough, a couple times it's been for the worse. Two characters kick the bucket in the first few episodes and their deaths felt very non-dramatic.
I can't think of anything else to say so far. I'll probably have a more in-depth impression to post as the series progresses.

So they're actually finishing it? That series ran way too long to just stop like it did.

Following it.Finihed Episode 5 last night. The pacing is good, however,I don't like the mismatched order of the Manga Chapters in the Anime, not to mention that there is a certain bias towards the hero's upgrades(InuYasha)compared to the villains(Moryoumaru)

This. I really feel like they're packing a whole ton of events in fo few episodes. The episode where Inuyasha obtained the diamond Tetsusaiga wasn't that far from the final episode, and then he obtained the dragon-scaled Tetsusaiga in the fourth episode of the final act! And the black Tetsusaiga is depicted in the opening credits.... -_-

I haven't seen Inuyasha in years. I felt that the series moved forward way too slowly. On that note, is Naraku still alive?
