DBZ Abridged..(and other Abridged anime series)

anyone else seen these? They are hilarious! It is DBZ episodes condensed to about 9 minute episodes and redubed to be hilarious. Nappa steals the show in the later episodes. Watch a few episodes and prepare to laugh your ass off..

Yugioh Abridged (funny) Tristan kinda sounds like Bullwinkle Moose. It is very funny and points out lots of stupidity from the US edit.

I discovered last week, and have since watched every episode of Yugioh Abridged, and its fucking brilliant, highly recomended! The voices are excellent, the humour fantastic, and apparently it was the first series to get Abridged on the internet like this and inspired the rest.

I'm also a fan of the Sailor Moon Abridged series, not quite as histerical as Yugioh, but I've really been enjoying it so far!

I looked around at other Abridged series, and none of them has quite sparked as much enjoyment in me as these two so far, and some of them outright sucked.

I found a great site listing loads of them the other day, but can't seem to find it now, go to the TVtropes page for what seems a pretty good list though...

*EDIT* Just to add, just with anything, these get better and better as they go along, so as they're short, watch a few eps before deciding 'well, this sucks'...

The Abridged franchise (I guess you can say) has been great. Yugioh has been the best, but DBZ and Naruto aren't far behind.

To me DBZ is the best, but Yu-Gi-Oh is also hilarious!

When Nappa takes a picture of the bug people having sex I lost it.

I used to love Yugioh Abridged but all the latest ones have been really stupid and not funny at all. LittleKuriboh needs to quit and get a real life.

I just took a quick look at the Yugioh one. Dunno if it's the latest episode or what not but that was kinda funny. Don't know if it's work appropriate though

oh god i can't stop laughing!

I found Yu-Gi-OH Abridged quite a while ago and was immediately put off as a humorist, video editor, and writer. The sense of humor is horrible, the impressions are a mile off and not in a funny way but more a sad attempt way, and the editing is half assed with no use of music or sounds other than the voices. I actually tried them again over the weekend and was pleasantly surprised to find... they hadn't changed in the least, awesome, haven't missed anything.

DBZ Abridged I discovered and watched sunday... then again on monday. Total 180, the writing is clever and doesn't rely just on pointing out faults of the show ( YGO Abridged, ) and doesn't resort to gutter humor. There's also actual sound effect and musical use, added graphics, better edit quality, and much better voice work. Yu Yu Hakusho Abridged is basically by the same people and has some quality impressions (aside from having no females in the cast for Boton, Kako, or any of the others) but it's older product so a little more primitive.

Haven't seen Naruto Abridged yet... dont really plan to, the show as-is never was up my alley.
