It's Batman vs. Jack Sparrow directed by Michael Mann ("Heat" and "Collateral") Looks amazingly cool like every other Michael Mann film.

I think the only 20s-30s-era crime flick I can recall seeing is The Untouchables. This looks just as cool. It'll be interesting to see Mann's aesthetic applied to this period.
