This BEGS to be voiced by Cullen. I'm sure if asked, he'd be more than willing to reprise this old four wheeled nemesis. First Prime, then KARR, who knows what could follow.
So, minus the part where Mike comes in, KARR's backstory is almost a perfect copy of Alternator Battle Ravage's bio? Neat, I like Alt. Battle Ravage
While this would make me squeal with glee, something tells me Cullen's VA fees might be a little out of reach for a TV show budget these days.
You might consider Iomega's Multimedia Drive. It's an external HD that connects to TVs and has its own internal player for audio/video files, and even includes a remote. I've not tried one, but I've been thinking about buying one for a while. Multimedia Hard Drive: Multimedia USB PC to TV Video Hard Drive
The interesting thing is that Peter Cullen does the voice over for this FX company's Knight Rider Film reel on their website. MK|VFX Click on the panel that says REEL.
Damn, that is a cool video, Drake, thanks for sharing! Also, quite interesting Cullen welcoming you in the beginning I agree. And, I hate to say it, but, I almost wonder if a studio would start "cancel" rumors just to up the hype? and than kapow - a 3 second clip of KARR? That was three full seconds of "Holy crap, have you got my attention now!" Probably wishful thinking at this point, we don't know yet. I'm gonna guess no, but I would be very happy to be wrong and see him do it again. What was the reason he did not do KARR in season 4 of the original KR? Too busy with TF recording? (very possible, as, IIRC, season 4 of KR was 1986, I believe?) Doesn't sound far fetched, you may be on to something. He did voices for Voltron, He was Zandar in GI Joe and also played everyone's favorite Nemesis Enforcer in the Joe movie, also the original Monterey Jack, Eeyore, just to touch on a few. He even voiced Mario on some Sat morning show a while back. I also heard a rumor he was to have a walk - on Cameo in TF: ROTF (don't know if this is true or what)
My buddy is a huge KR fan and got it the day it came out. It's okay but he has had some problems with it. One time, it wouldn't load and he ended up having to wipe and reset it. Otherwise it's pretty cool.
He also created the voice effects for the original Predator (a role which almost made him lose his voice!), was a character on Visionaries, and voiced Venger from Dungeons and Dragons.
F**k Yeah! Here's KARR's transformation: http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v492/pardonthepun/karr.jpg Also, anyone interested in seeing a familiar 80's face return may want to watch the upcoming episode, near the end. Yeah, it's who you think it is (not Peter Cullen).
I gave up on this show a while ago but Cullen and KARR, I'll be back for that. Anyone know what date the KARR episode is supposed to air?
