Haven't been following the comics the last few years so I don't know if they brought it back. So although back when most of the GLs that have showed up in the Animated world were dead before that event I think they have pretty much made it a retroactive feature there.

I thought that was hilarious. |

But if the GL doesn't know that, they are useless againsts it. That was one of my favorite parts of the Sinestro War because the Yellow Lanterns would kill a Green Lantern, track down who the ring sought out, and then immediately kill them because they had no idea how to use the rings or overcome fear. |

I know some lanterns can overcome yellow (fear) so I guess that could explain why Kilowog could hold him. Just bothered me. | Quote:

Yellow hasnt bugged the Corps since the 90s really. Kyle. The 'reborn' Corps don't have that limitation either. The yellow weakness died with the Corps in the mid 90s really.

Except they brought it back with Hal and fleshed it out more with "only effects those who haven't overcome great fear" rule that currently inhabits the comics. |

True. But it only really matters when the story calls for it to matter. Which equates to just about any other weakness the GLs could face really. Like a psionic attack, or being bonked on the head with their field down, or squeezed by Doomsday....
IE: The yellow weakness isn't much more of a weakness than any other weakness mortals are frail to.

Also getting the guy that was Oswald in The Drew Carey Show is a nice fit to voice batman. However, I am forever going to back the 90s Bruce Timm :"Batman TAS" as the top of all Batman cartoons. I know this time around, they are going for a retro campy feel but I can't get into it. I like it but just can't love it. |
