Sweet. Yeah, it was sillier than Thundercats, but the over-the-topness was one of the things that made it so much fun.

And the animation by Pacific Animation was actually pretty good (better than a lot of their work on Thundercats, even). Time-Stopper's nose-wiping always looked so fluid.

A shame it never got any story closure like Thundercats did. The last episode at least featured a massive brawl between every Silverhawk (both original and expansion) and every member of Mon-Star's mob.

Amazon.com: Silverhawks: Season 1, Vol. 1: Silverhawks: Movies & TV

Here's the amazon.com link, it doesn't say how many eps are in the set, just that it's Season one. You can see 4 discs though.

Edit: read down the page a bit, and it's 32 episodes. Plus there's a preview of the Wonder Woman animated movie.

I caught a few episodes of this a whiles back...guess it musta been on VHS? Or in reruns...anyways, I didn't really feel like it stood the test of time.

Bravestarr, on the other hand? Still awesome.
Feedback here!
Not currently looking for quarters, but thanks.

This is kinda old news. WHV announced this title in June.

Anyway, it was nothing more than Thundercats in space, but I loved the theme song and I still have enough nostalgic attachment to the show to want to own the DVDs.

And I always wondered how they were able to pee in those full metal suits.

That reminds me... I need to go put my pre-order in for this at MovieStop today.

...and I need to go take a pee too.
