Seems like the REC trailer is almost identical, so it doesn't reveal anything new in quarantine.

Saw REC twice so far. Very good movie. The first time I watched it though, I didn't really like the ending. [Spoiler) First, force-feeding us info in the last 5 minutes about the origin of the zombie just didn't seem right. The way it was done was pretty good, but having more hints throughout the movie would have been better. Second, I generally hate ''non-endings''. I want to know what happens, damnit!

As far as handycam movies go, this is one of the best ones. The only better one that I've seen is called Home Movie, with Adrian Pasdar. Awesome movie.

Watched REC tonight. Three thoughts: FUCK BALLS. Not exactly light evening watching material, is it? Also: Manu is the most badass regular-human survival horror character ever. Final thought: it looks like quarantine is going to be a shot-for-shot recreation of Rec. Why bother, really? Do they think people wont want to read subtitles? Dub it if you have to. If you're going to remake a movie that's less than a year old, you may as well do something different with it. Who knows. Maybe they will?

Sorry for bumping this, but I just watched this movie and I have to say...I'm disappointed. I was bored throughout most of it, and the only thing that made my heart skip a beat was the oh so predictable bit with the addict door. I will say that the entire top floor scene was excellent, best part of the entire movie. But to say that it's one of the most terrifying movies out there...Nah.
