And a few SWTFs. | First episode is a real rush, awesome but a little tricky to keep track of what is going on. Looks like this battle is probably a midpoint, though, with the first section taking place before the rest of the episode.
The first sequence has a very much dead or dying Dr Hell before Daishogun, while the rest of the episode has Daishogun alive and kicking.
It looks like the series is going to be divided into at least two arcs, with the first episode's events falling at the end of the "Mazinger" arc. The appearance of Gorgon, and the Mycenae, as well as Blade and Great Mazinger, all suggests this series is going to retell the events of both Mazinger Z (where Dr Hell, Ashura, and Blocken were the enemy) and Great Mazinger (where Daishogun and Gorgon were big villains, though Gorgon was in both shows).
