Collection Count: Around 30 or so. Just the essentials.
I've probably got about 300-500. I've probably got three times that many CDs. Luckily, my obsessive buying habits have shifted to toys over the last year or so, so now I just get a few DVDs here or there.

Most of the DVDs that I own are mostly animation/anime, including Beast Wars Complete 1st Season. And for movies, well, only DVDs that I have are Serenity, Transformers (Dreamworks) and Ronin. (not a movie person, and very picky about what movies I like)

Belgrath's stuff

In total: 137 anime/animation DVDs and 3 movies

I have a couple hundred, so too much to post. Some of the highlights would be Duece Bigalo- European Gigalo, Animal, and The Cave.

Even though I have a PS3, I'm not jumping on the Blu-ray bandwagon. Movies at this point are just not worth $30 so I can see them more vividly. I've barrowed a couple from friends and they just don't justify the additional costs of a movie. Playing games on an HD TV was the reason I have an HD TV, movies were a far second. Then again my DVD collection has been built up by many a discounted movies for $5-$10, so I'm a cheapass with movies.

My DVDs

I have close to 200. Don't do much buying anymore and if I do, I wait for the DeepDiscountDVD 20% off sale.

i still have more vhs tapes than DVDs at the moment, so i am in no spot to brag. (Got about 275 of them, thanks to the 5 dollar sales at local stores at the end of their heyday)

i arrange my movies like so:
movies and their sequels
animated
TV shows
Music videos
and then i arrange the others alphabetically.

it just makes things easier. and yep, i have all 320 PS1 games alphabetized in a similar manner.

not yet on the Blu Ray wagon, but when i am able, will do so.

Transformers G1 - complete series
Beast Wars - complete series
Beast Machines
Thundercats - complete series
Masters of the Universe - complete series
New Masters of the Universe - Season 1
Dungeons and Dragons
Angel - complete series
Alias - complete series
Lost - Seasons 1-3
Arrested Development - complete series

Definitely not going to list them all, but if there were a fire at my place, the ones I would save would be, Transformers (everything from G1 to Beast Wars), Dungeons and Dragons Series, ShadowRaiders (Too difficult to refind), Lord of the Rings Trilogy, Star Wars (all six and Clone Wars), Fraggle Rock 3 Seasons, all of my Kurosawa movies, and my Firefly season.

I once farted on the set of Blue Lagoon.

I dunno, maybe 250 or so dvds. Mostly movies. The only tv shows would be he-man, and.... that's about it. I was never really into buying dvds of tv shows.
