EDIT NEVERMIND i just found this on wiki: He-Man and the Masters of the Universe is a modern remake of the classic 1980s series of the same name, animated by Mike Young Productions, produced to coincide with Mattel's revival of the Masters of the Universe franchise eleven years after its previous attempt. It aired on Cartoon Network. The series will be released on DVD by BCI Eclipse in 3 sets (each containing 13 episodes) with the first planned for February 19th, 2008. There is also the possibility of a Blu-ray Disc release as well. |

I haven't seen many episodes, but I remember my friend and I being excited over this and Armada. I thought this show was great and Armada sucked. I hate this... I hate it whenever "fans" write a series like this, because it NEVER, NEVER holds true to the original and always makes me question if the writers are really fans, or of they didn't really like it and think they can do better. Orci and Kurzman had the same attitude... "mass shifting is lame" "car parts on the bodies is lame" "it wasn't realistic"... then they weren't fans if they hated nearly every aspect of it.
