Either way Marvel is winning the comic to FILM/TV race in a flash.

...But outside of that I wonder what the numbers comparison will be between The First Avenger -->> Winter Soldier -->> Civil War

or I could start the ball rolling at the end of their theatrical runs film I & II of The Captain America Trilogy grossed these Box Office Figures.

1.The First Avenger Domestic Gross $176,654,505 vs worldwide $370,569,774
2.The Winter Soldier Domestic Gross $259,766,572 vs Worldwide $714,421,503

    Erm... hardly.

Agent Carter and Agents of SHIELD aren't that great, and yeah you have the NETFLIX exclusive stuff, but DC has The Flash and Supergirl, and Arrow and Legends of Tomorrow, which aren't quite as good, but are better than AoS and AC.

Also, why are Marvel's TV shows so darn gloomy when DC's (bar Arrow) are so fun and cheery? :lol

I think that's just the evolution of TV and movies. For some strange reason, it seems like you can get away with more mature content on TV when studios are really pushing the PG-13 rating. Agents of SHIELD may air on ABC, but that show can get surprisingly bloody. In a world where shows like Walking Dead and Game of Thrones are really popular, Daredevil and Jessica Jones fit right in. The TV medium allows for more mature storytelling now. Honestly, the DC CW shows are the only lighthearted non-comedy shows I can think of or watch.

I never understood the obsession with height. It's arguably the least important part of casting a character. Iron Man is supposed to be over six feet tall, but RDJ is only 5'9" (which is only an inch taller than me). Hugh Jackman is the perfect Wolverine aside from the fact that he is far taller than Wolverine is in the comics. It makes a little more sense with Wonder Woman since she is an Amazon. However, I think people didn't realize that Gal Gadot is pretty tall for a woman.
