I pick up mine at my local comic store. There are probably some online shops that do what you want, but I don't use any, so I can't recommend one.

Don't want to derail the thread, so I thought I'd post here.

IDW currently has 2 ongoing titles running monthly
1.Robots in Disguise - featuring primarily Bumblebee's group and Starscream as they try to rebuild Cybertron
2. More Than Meets The Eye - featuring Rodimus and his crew of Autobots as they travel the galaxy in search of the Knights of Cybertron - and hope they can restore Cybertron to its former glory.

Both titles are at 16 issues as of this month. Aside from those, IDW also has spotlights coming out every couple of months, featuring a particular Transformer for one issue.
