Soundwave is getting a Deluxe repaint, but its Asia exclusive (he was meant to have a USA Release, but retailers lost interest in the movie toyline)

see, i told you many people liked the movies, while the haters are small

It's the file size that matters. Yours is 3 and half times the file size allowed. The one that I showed is just under 40kb.
