but yea I liked bein able to come up with some ways to improve over how someone else had that idea cus it was pretty good but had my own spin on how to fix some of the issues he had with it to begin with

altho even with that if I could find another way to do another Blitzwing I would just because
its a triple changer

but yet to find a way to do it with my own know how anyway lol

Haha... even though I'm always coming up with "easy" mods, I'm actually notorious for starting concept pieces for customs and never finishing them. My Broadside hasn't progressed beyond the pics in my thread, I'm sorry to say.

The Broadside is pretty easy if you have the right parts. Also, to preserve some articulation and combining ability in battleship mode, I was planning on using leg joints from Energon Prowl to replace the hinge joints that hold his shoulders on his body, allowing them to swivel... but I haven't tested it yet.

I think someone else took this idea and actually turned out a pretty nice finished project. I can't remember his name, but you could probably find him by looking up "Broadside" in the Radicons forum.
