Hey bud, can you confirm/deny whether or not those last two photos of Prowl are yours? I'm trying to update that tutorial and SOMEone deleted photos from their Photobucket

I emailed them repeatedly. I messaged them on facebook and got no reply. I tried to chat with them using their website chat and got errors. I asked my girlfriend to email them (after all it is her starscream) in case they had 'spam' tagged my email address, but she hasn't. I think she has given up and is just accepting having a starscream with a missing part.

I do like some of igear's stuff, but I will never order it from them directly anymore, will just have to pay that bit extra to get some customer service from a retailer.
