its Megatron properly revived, he was possesed, but they managed to get Unicron out of Megatron and Megatron escaped, but before he left he realized what was the pain he inflected to others after he was put into lots of pain by Unicron, so its Megatron proper.

Shockwave fate is unknown, so is Starscream's, but its belivied that Starscream was killed by the predacons

he's ressurected in Predacons Rising, the TFP TV Movie [SPOILER]
