I'm very luck in that most of the UK Bronies who are online really only go to one forum, so it was easy enough to find a group relatively close to me. Now of course I've founded a group in the place that I live and it is pretty awesome having mates so close. We do semi-weekly pub sessions that always end in games of pool. Dear gods we suck :lol You should try starting your own meetup group, from what I've seen once at least one person says "Hey, any bronies around?" then we tend to swarm from the woodwork :lol

I did see the update on your plushie, man it looks so awesome and it bloody well ought to for the amount you're paying for it :lol Thanks for the offer about Hot Topic, will seriously consider it.

Yeah cons are likely off the table for me, as you say the air travel alone is bloody expensive. I guess more saving is in order. Shame that you won't be able to make EQLA but then again you do have a crazy awesome plushie collection so that must be a small but very huggable compensation :lol

Bronycamp is something we're trying out for the first time. We've gotten a few local lads and lasses together and we're going to camp for a long weekend. Beer, beaches, cooked breakfast, campfires... it should be awesome :D

Sorry for not replying dude, work has been mental for the past week. I'm probably not going to BUCK, it's too much money and given that there won't be anyone from the show there and I've got Bronycamp in a month I'd rather my money went on that. Plus I have a half-hearted "SDCC one day (probably)" fund and this will be a good way to start seriously saving for it.
