it might be, my only concern is the speed, mine is dremel brand and it goes up to 35000, also, i don't know the size or the way those bits are inserted, might be hard to get replacements

i would save and get a corded one from walmart for about 50

when i do a intense dye job, ya, so i have a map of the connections and where i want the colors to blend for just painted custom i go in with out a real plan or idea of how it will turn out
