What's your thoughts on applying laquer paint onto a enamel primer?

Okay, thanks. I had to use what they sent me, which was an enamel primer, but the paint is a MM Laquer.

I'm using a testors primer this time around, and was curious how long I should allow it to dry. It takes 2 days for it to cure. Whatcha think?
