Continued..... The problem I had was I was not pressing the hood of the car back far enough under the windshield and this then allows his folded ankle kibble hinge to lock into the gap between the crotch hinge - I didn't even realize that the two squarish panels on the underside (the ones with a nail headed pin in them) actually fitted in that slot or that it was even supposed to be a slot at all. Now I have realised that the cars lock together perfectly - which is wonderful surprise and immediately raises all the related toys in my estimation a couple of points. If I am not explaining myself properly then I can take some photos.
I was reading what you said in the Terrorcon Cliffjumper feedback thread : ---------- Only losing points since I could never get the car 100% locked in. You would press on one spot, causing one area to get slightly unaligned...and then you fix that and the previous spot is unaligned. o_0 ---------- And as I was Transforming AM Terrorcon Cliffjumper and FE Cliffjumper yeasterday and despite having done both a dozen times I "FINALLY" figured out why I was unable to peg them together properly in vehicle mode and since you mentioned it I thought I'd share. TBC.....
I posted some pics for you in the Cyberverse thread. Not the best photographer, but hopefully it will help you decide whether to get the set.
^FYI three are are other alternative and equally good sites like Robotkingdom and etoysjapan. most of the US based TFW2005 members use them to good effect. no harm trying out new things eh? ;)
