Thanks man. I've taken a step back, actually a few steps back, from spending time online ever since we bought our new place. Lots of pet projects on the home I usually working on.

It's almost therapeutic instead of dealing with some of the crap that happens on here.

Yeah we did our home inspection yesterday and our only concern was two signs of leaks on two windows. Dunno if there's any mold damage between the walls.

This entire process is nerve racking. We've been looking at places for about a year and a half now too and to be this close is like jumping off a cliff.

But man, I'd live in KY for a killer house for $140-$180K! Dunno what I'd do for work but I'd be living in a mansion!

We're looking for one too, been driving our Realtor crazy.
You can get a killer house for 140-180g here, but gawd who the hell wants to live in Ky.

Have you made a package for your custom Razerwire Sigma 6 fig? All you need is a little photoshop action and a printer and you could make one. Getting the art the right size to cut out for fitting into the package is probably the hardest part. Do it
