    Hey Omega_Magnus,
I was in my garage cleaning up boxes of paints and I came across a liquid masking paint called Parma Liquid Fast Mask. It looks like white out but isn't.
I'm going to try to use it on the chrome rims of prime and see how this works out.
This maybe an even better way then taking the dam rims off in the first place
    I'll keep you posted.
    Keith.

Hey man, what's up? I've actually not started yet as I am waiting to pick one up on clearance from Target- I'm going to meet another fan in town who got one at 75% off for me. I think I am going to take your advice and get a junker cab off of eBay to do a test run so I don't mess up the nice one. I'll let you know once I get rolling on it.

    How's it going OmegaMagnus?
I just want to see how your custom Prime is coming along.
What color are you going to make him?

    Hey Omega_Magnus
Here is how to take Primes front rims off.

To remove the front rims on Prime's front wheel:
    1. Heat both end of the middle pin.
2.Use a nail or thin screw driver tip to push out the
pin from the middle of the rim.
    3. Use pliers to pull the pin all the way out.
This is some what tricky that is why it is best to start with a junker so you can learn the ins and outs of taking Prime apart.
Watch out for the springs on the inside of his legs.
When I first try to repaint a reissue Prime I failed
so it is a process and I hope that you nail it on your first try man.
The KO Primes are much easier to work with, plus
you have all the parts and unused stickers for the trailer.
Let me know if you need any help.
    Good luck
    Keith.
