i havent seen X3 yet, but from what i read, it was never confirmed in the film itself, in the commentary for DVD the guy is confirmed to be Xavier Twin.

i dont think it matters if we have big name actors or less know actors, for me its the same thing.

its always possible to begin filming in mid year. they have the director and they have a location, so its highly likely this time for real filming will begin

ya need to keep up with the news, the director was confirmed back in March. (he was working on the film since June 2012) and no cast was confirmed yet, but its possible we do have a cast, but we just dont know yet. (if they could keep in secret the fact we had a director for almost a year, then they can keep secret the cast)

her apperance in the Avengers doesnt count as part of her deal, she only signed for it as a favor for Robert, who wanted pepper to appear on the movie.
