Unforunately no. As far as I know no official CGI I have Que was ever released. I might suggest asking Tunakann I bet he probably has one.

makes sense, cause those files/programs are sooo big, therefore it woudl take a while to download. if the computer or Internet sucks, movies and such would take long to download or not download at all, but utorrent and cdisplay are not that big, so why not take it a shot?
