he has called me a million times in the last month. Frankly I have been ridiculously busy at work. They have given me all the responsibilities of a director but still paying me manager pay while they get the money and title approved. So I have been working crazy hours getting these departments in line. I have been coming on once a day or so to check my PMs as i am trying to unload most of my TFs.
