Exactly, I was more referring to the the 4kidz, edit. The japanese one is nifty, especially with the added gore in Krillian's death.

But, the only reason I brought it up in the first place, was not of the DBZ prefference, but more so, that in terms of "why ponies is decent' Is that technically we have already watched it before.

Ah, see I was not aware that Nicktoons was airing Kai. I was under the assumption that the 4kidz one was the only one.

But, it was more so, that Kai really isn't nessasary for television, as DBZ has already happened... so...It's just my opinion.

Why not Dragon Ball Kai:

Well, I already went on that grand adventure once before. I don't need a remastered version of the same 300 + episodes I -just- watched when I was younger. No Sir.

Especially since, Kai is only good in Japanese... English Kai is just hilari-bad... To the point where I just feel nothing but sympathy for it, because it is almost like a pet cat that you get from the animal shelter, that was clearly abused... and like. Only has one leg? I dunno, but you just feel so bad for it despite knowing it is going to be a bad idea. And you just put up with it... until it gets really old, and then take it to the vet.

The only difference is, 4kids will never allow kai to be "taken to the vet", and it will forever be this show, that is nothing really different than the old show, just cut down ever so slightly, remastered a bit, and anally raped by 4kids.
