If you can't think of something for the story to move on, maybe try doing side-storys. Like you could maybe get an Autobot spy on them, maybe explore the Dinobots and their new member you gave them, do a back-story for as to why Cliffjumper is always mad, ect. It's just some filler until you can think of how to move the story onwards. One thing that helps me is sometimes when I'm in bed at night I'll just get up and start thinking about storylines. And sometimes when I get a new toy the story will just pop into my head. (for my upcoming comic, that it)
I know how you feel. I have that when I'm making fanfics on here. What I do is I bring in a new evil, somebody who just brings fear into the heros. You can also try bringing a new evil in who the leader of the good guys use to know. Maybe a old enemy of the leader? Or a old friend. I don't know, these things just seem to work for me.
