Ur pachage unit should b under warranty I know ours r ten yrs parts and1 yr labor but u may have a different case.id still give u a hand if u need it just let me know,if I have the model and serial numbers I can do more.

Maan its 5 times worse then a car comp lol not only brazing is involved I'm talking reclaiming equipment nitrogen vac pump and refrigant.if its r-22it will b pricy. its a job hell id replace the ac side soloy if ur furnace is good,less money and headache rock on
