Yeah, the second season was a bit iffy with the new lead character and all. They hacked out almost all of the original characters lol. You ever see the quick short of how Aki got her red Tekkaman armor? It was actually kinda cool. There was also another version of tekkaman blade where the armor was more organic and grew out from them. It was a sorta pilot episode.
