"Classics/Universe Offical and Unofficial?" What, you mean whether the line is dead or not? I'm guessing we won't see anything in there until next year. We'll be getting movie repaints (and a few TF:A repaints) through Christmas and into the spring. It'll be pretty much straight space-fillers until the next big thing comes out (probably whatever the next animated show will be).

Bludgeon's pretty cool, though. He's kinda Classics-y.

If you want more Eastwood, check out High Plains Drifter. He's a total bastard in that one. Also, don't forget Yojimbo (it's "A Fistful of Dollars" but with samurai).

I went there in '06 and '07. There's one business that always has like 3 or 4 booths full of 40% off TPBs. Was thinking of going on Sat, but I don't think I will. I have some other stuff I need to do, and I don't have a lot of room in my small place for more junk right now. Probably next year I'll go back.

Didn't see it yet. I'll get to it. Hopes aren't that high, though. Bay and the writers have such an ignorant sense of humor.

Don't know how Abrams got such a good Star Trek script out of Orci/Kurtzman. I imagine while he read it he had a red pen and he was like, "cut that joke, cut that joke.... no, spock does not fart here.... cut out the pooping alien... cut this joke. Fuck, pen's dry, need another pen."

It was a black and white design sketch in pencil on graph paper. Two views, a single slide in the presentation. Not much to describe; it looked like Drift!

They didn't say much about it, either. They gave no indication that a toy will actually happen, or if the sketch was just the result of someone tooling around.

So, really, all we know is that someone sketched a design. No more, no less.
