Don't feel that way about yourself, man. You're not at fault; the economy is. Struggling to obtain a job in no way means that you aren't worthy or qualified enough to find one. Chin up; you're a bright, sensible and responsible guy whom I'm sure people would be delighted to hire, and I'm sure something will come your way before long.

I'm actually on the job hunt, too. Internship applications begin at a number of hospitals hereabouts; been firing off resumes and cover letters to as many as I can. I've got to really sell myself (lol); the locals get priority, and it's only the truly outstanding foreign students who get taken in. Wish me luck; I think I'm gonna need lots of it.

Its hit and miss, I'm really glad to be here but the job search is really tough and to go from having a fairly easy job to not having anything is pretty frustrating. I just end up feeling kind of useless.
