Hmmm.... originally the only way to get a set was to collect stickers from Family Mart purchases, add some money, and buy them in-store during the promotion.
However, some people did collect them up just for reselling. After the promotion I was able to find a set in a consignment toy shop (people rent out plexi-glass shelf spots to display their stuff for sale), at around NT$160ea.
The promotion has been over for quite some time now, but there is a chance there are still some sitting in these shops. However, there probably wouldn't be a complete set, and the price would probably be a bit more by now.
