However, I have one question. I am fairly sure "Kyoto-JP-Shop" is a Japanese seller. Are you sure it's Chinese? I think they may also use Japanese Post. I just want to make sure! Thanks again :)

I haven't but many others have done so with no problems at all. They/She even has a group on Facebook. I think it's called TF-Fans.
I've never heard of them nor have I ever used them. Try posting the question on some threads and maybe someone who is more familiar with them can give you an answer. Also try do a google search for "Fan Hobby Toys reviews".
I still haven't used or heard of them before. I'd recommend asking on a thread for whichever item you're considering buying. Maybe someone there with some experience with them can give you a better answer from their own experience.

When I purchased the Brawny he has the lowest selling price $65. Later, someone beat his price with $63. Now he lower the price to $60 and he is still the lowest on ebay. I think those scammer has a pattern and they always want to be the lowest selling price on all items so they can scam faster.

I believe they are the same guy. They like to write "Dear please wait patiently. I can send you a project again waiting for your reply. " As I don't trust this kind of scamming pattern, I quickly open a claim from Paypal. Does anyone who purchased a Badcube Brawny from this guy without any problem?

Bought Badcube Brawny from bestgift_china three weeks ago. The item has been kept by ISC custom for over 5 days. Seller told me he can send another one. The wording he used was so similar to my previous scammer shenzhouxing2013.

what is the seller's name? LK and LW may be usual prefixes. If your tracking number is not active within a week of ordering you should notify the seller. If there's still not resolution after another 2 days or so then contact Paypal for a refund claim.
