Yeah we did our home inspection yesterday and our only concern was two signs of leaks on two windows. Dunno if there's any mold damage between the walls.

This entire process is nerve racking. We've been looking at places for about a year and a half now too and to be this close is like jumping off a cliff.

But man, I'd live in KY for a killer house for $140-$180K! Dunno what I'd do for work but I'd be living in a mansion!

If you know a good agent, I think it helps tremendously anyway. You aren't looking at private sales, are you?
(I haven't read RW house thread, hope he'll have good luck, too.)

We didn't like the agent we had to deal with, but he had the house we wanted, ugh. Not recommending him to anyone since
