He was on there because solicits are done months in advance. James Raiz did the cover and he was going to be in that story. As we were making tweaks, he got left out. Simple, but unfortunate mistake, really.

Storm Surge was going to be in Alliance, but Hasbro had changed things so much that he really just got left out. Again, unfortunate but necessary.
