I purchased an Xbox360 Elite from John ... let me tell ya, he is the ultimate seller.

1. The packing job was stellar. He used an over sized box with quality foam peanuts.
2. He took every cord, wire, and book ... rewrapped it in it's original baggie, and closed up the near mint box.
3. the product is flawless. It looks new. It smells new. If I knew what new tasted like, it would taste new.
4. I paid over the weekend and I he shipped the box at the first moment possible on Monday. 2 days of transit ... and it's here. I also realized he insured the package for free.

Honestly, this was the best transaction I've ever had online.

Great buyer. This member was patient, had good communication, and stood by the deal even though the sale had a couple issues. We experienced a higher than expected shipping rate and I had a bit of trouble keeping up with so much communication at the beginning because of so many buyers. Thanks for working with me!

He started a new sales thread on 1-1-08. I sent a PM later that day about an item, he said he'd respond with a shipping quote. More than two weeks have gone by and still no shipping quote. I've been ready to pay for a while now and have sent 1-2 PMs per week.

Said he's been busy, but profile indicates he's been logged in of late. Not bashing the member. Just a little concerned over the transaction.

Was wondering if other members were having similar issues.
