He saw my RID Ultra Magnus for sale in the Junkion and that my fig. was missing the fingers on one of his hands, so he offered them to me for free! He sent them right out, I got 'em, and slapped 'em on right away. Perfect fit! Just before he sent them, someone bought the fig. and they were doubly happy that Magnus is now basically complete, so he helped out 2 fans simultaneously. Thanks so much!!
