My 7th deal with him, which was May, I was to send him an item. The item was broken during my moving. The box was crushed. I went on a rampage finding the replacements for it. Finally got them and sent them out. The point of this feedback was to give Matt a positive for being a good sport and understanding. He never once got pissed he told me what he wanted and needed and I took care of him. We communicated the whole time. I even gave him a free item he wanted. Now thats how you handle a situation. Thanks again Matt. He's really worthy of business and very good trader in any situation. Recommended.
