Very fast communication, eager to help, tremendous packing and shipping (figures are very thoroughly protected). I disagree on his assessment of tight joints, but it's nothing I can't fix. Would deal with again.

The joints on all of my figures were pretty loose but it's not that big of a deal since I'll just tighten them myself.
