I got a paypal claim refund for my small transaction. It's a real shame given how long he's been with the community and the vast amount of positive feedback he's had. I've dealt with him numerous times and while sometimes slow he always came through. I gave him several weeks this time and never pulled through. Given that he seems to be sending stuff back I hope it really was just a troubled time for him, but I guess it's too late now. Best of luck to anyone who is still waiting for items or refunds. ~Paik
I traded this guy awhile back a TFC peresus and he claimed he never got it but I knew he was lieing the whole time. He still hasn't finished the deal on my end and I'm pretty sure he never will.400$ down the drain. I trusted him since we had acouple deals in the pass but this time he decides to rip me off to the extreme. I probably won't recieve my end of the trade but I'm glad the others have. Whatever you do don't trade with this guy. If anyone can please look out for a TFC Perseus!
He claims he's finally sent my package but without tracking. When prompted for a picture of the postal receipt, he claims in an email sent on his smartphone that his phone doesn't have a camera. I feel like my intelligence is being insulted. I have given up on trying to reason with him. It is clear that he has no interest in returning our items. Those of you still awaiting on your items, please contact me. We might be able to work out a way together to bring this lowlife to justice.
He claims the package will arrive in April, but I'm still doubting he even sent it at all when he's attempting to not show me the shipping receipt using a blatant lie. I'm not giving him any chances. He's had more than enough and I suggest you don't give him any more either. I hope he enjoys his time in jail over a few toys. From the way he had initiated contact with multiple board members about deals, using his long history of feedback to justify the other party sending it first, it's clear he did have the intention of absconding with our items but chickened out after being threatened with legal action (thus the returned items). You wouldn't use your real name if you were planning to be a crook.
Anyone heard from "Josh" recently? He's owed me for a long time, and my contact method (the hotmail account) has, of course, expired.
I'd encourage anybody who got scammed by him to lodge a police report. It's rather clear he thinks just because it's some toys and the internet that he can get away with stealing from people. Would be a good idea to post up his Facebook profile so people know to steer clear from him.
